With over 30 years of experience in real estate, coaching, and consulting, Maile is passionate about empowering small business owners to achieve success through relationship-based strategies.
As founder of the Contra Costa Business Referral Network (CCBuRN), one of the region’s most successful BNI chapters, and a former Director Consultant for BNI, Maile has demonstrated her ability to build and sustain thriving networks. Her leadership roles span organizations like Trustegrity, AAUW, and the National Speakers Association, where she currently serves as Northern California Chapter President.
Maile’s background includes teaching business planning and professional development at Keller Williams Realty East Bay and years of community engagement with groups such as the Junior League and the Concord Blue Devils. She lives in Concord, CA, and enjoys reading, golf, wine tasting, and staying active at OrangeTheory Fitness.
