Meet Don Wexler: Co-Founder of Business Acceleration Group and Digital Marketing Innovator

Don Wexler brings over four decades of hands-on business experience to the Business Acceleration Group (BAG), where he focuses on helping small and mid-sized businesses achieve sustainable growth through smart strategy and digital innovation. As a co-founder of BAG and creator of the From627Figures training program, Don works with business owners to overcome common growth challenges and reach their next level of success.

Don’s entrepreneurial journey began in his early twenties, when he launched his first company and successfully built and sold it. That early experience helped shape a grounded, results-oriented approach to business – a philosophy that’s guided him through a range of ventures in industries from real estate sales and development to digital marketing.

Over the past decade, Don has led Deal Quiver, Inc., a group of marketing-focused companies that includes Blast My Biz, VisCom Studios, and Social Camelot. His focus has been on making marketing more manageable and effective for small businesses, helping them improve their visibility, attract the right customers, and grow their revenue in sustainable ways.

In collaboration with Maile Collmer and Laurie Pearce at BAG, Don helps shape strategic growth plans that balance time-tested business fundamentals with current marketing technologies. As part of this effort, Don is now integrating AI into the From627Figures training system – making it easier and faster for businesses to apply what they learn directly into their everyday marketing efforts. This new layer of automation and customization allows companies to act on strategies more efficiently, without losing the human touch that drives real connection with customers.

Don’s work is rooted in practical insight, continuous learning, and a desire to empower business owners with tools that make a difference. Whether it's through hands-on consulting or digital training, his goal remains the same: to help entrepreneurs build businesses that are not only successful, but sustainable for the long haul.

Laurie Pearce is a Co-Founder of the Business Acceleration Group, or BAG. Driven by a passion for empowering individuals, she excels at fostering collaborative environments and bringing people together.

 Before her work at BAG, Laurie was a Regional Connector with Trustegrity, a national business networking group, overseeing operations in California, Arizona, and nationally. Her entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in business solutions, education, community engagement, and leadership development have equipped her to make a significant impact.

 Laurie resides in Pleasanton with her husband, Brian. In her spare time, she enjoys culinary pursuits, golfing, and staying active at Orange Theory Fitness.

Maile Collmer is a Co-Founder of the Business Acceleration Group (BAG), known for her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in cultivating meaningful connections that drive business growth. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, coaching, and consulting, Maile is passionate about empowering small business owners to achieve success through relationship-based strategies.

As founder of the Contra Costa Business Referral Network (CCBuRN), one of the region’s most successful BNI chapters, and a former Director Consultant for BNI, Maile has demonstrated her ability to build and sustain thriving networks. Her leadership roles span organizations like Trustegrity, AAUW, and the National Speakers Association, where she currently serves as Northern California Chapter President.

Maile’s background includes teaching business planning and professional development at Keller Williams Realty East Bay and years of community engagement with groups such as the Junior League and the Concord Blue Devils. She lives in Concord, CA, and enjoys reading, golf, wine tasting, and staying active at OrangeTheory Fitness.
