Don's entrepreneurial journey began at age 22 when he founded his first company, quickly scaling it to a substantial operation before successfully selling it along with two other ventures he created in the same space. His ability to identify opportunities and scale businesses continued throughout his career, including becoming the #1 Prudential real estate agent in Northern California and developing 70 duplexes on the Mississippi coast post-Hurricane Katrina.

Since 2010, Don has revolutionized the digital marketing landscape through multiple successful ventures. As CEO of Deal Quiver, Inc., he oversees a family of companies including Blast My Biz, VisCom Studios, and Social Camelot, each delivering specialized digital marketing solutions that drive remarkable results for clients. His comprehensive understanding of web design, video production, social media marketing, and lead generation systems has helped countless businesses transform their digital presence and accelerate their growth.

Laurie Pearce is a Co-Founder of the Business Acceleration Group, or BAG. Driven by a passion for empowering individuals, she excels at fostering collaborative environments and bringing people together.

 Before her work at BAG, Laurie was a Regional Connector with Trustegrity, a national business networking group, overseeing operations in California, Arizona, and nationally. Her entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in business solutions, education, community engagement, and leadership development have equipped her to make a significant impact.

 Laurie resides in Pleasanton with her husband, Brian. In her spare time, she enjoys culinary pursuits, golfing, and staying active at Orange Theory Fitness.

Maile Collmer is a Co-Founder of the Business Acceleration Group (BAG), known for her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in cultivating meaningful connections that drive business growth. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, coaching, and consulting, Maile is passionate about empowering small business owners to achieve success through relationship-based strategies.

As founder of the Contra Costa Business Referral Network (CCBuRN), one of the region’s most successful BNI chapters, and a former Director Consultant for BNI, Maile has demonstrated her ability to build and sustain thriving networks. Her leadership roles span organizations like Trustegrity, AAUW, and the National Speakers Association, where she currently serves as Northern California Chapter President.

Maile’s background includes teaching business planning and professional development at Keller Williams Realty East Bay and years of community engagement with groups such as the Junior League and the Concord Blue Devils. She lives in Concord, CA, and enjoys reading, golf, wine tasting, and staying active at OrangeTheory Fitness.
